Mango controls software

Matthew Lohbihler

Hello,

Serotonin Software will soon be releasing its first version of Mango, a freeware product for sensor monitoring and control, which incorporates Freemarker as a templating engine for dynamically generated emails. The site for the product can be found at the link below, and includes a credit for Freemarker.

Best regards,

Matthew Lohbihler

President, Serotonin Software

I suppose the missing link is:

http://mango.serotoninsoftware.com/

If you would like your software to appear here:

http://freemarker.org/poweredBy.html

then please give us the short (preferably less than 300 characters) description and the link that you would like to appear there.

Re: Mango controls software

Hi Daniel,

J Good guess. Yes, you are correct: that is the link. Sorry about that.

It would be great if you could add Mango to the list. Below is some copy to use. It’s a bit marketing-ish, but should serve the purpose.

“Mango is browser-based, Ajax-enabled software that enables users to access and control electronic sensors, devices, and machines. Easy to download and install on many platforms, Mango provides an interface with which diverse data sources can be created and configured along with an intuitive rules engine for setting up access, monitoring, alerts, data logging, control, transformation, and communication.”

Cheers,

m@

Hi Daniel,

I took another look at the kind of descriptions of products that are already on your site, and decided to revise mine to fit in better…

“Mango is browser-based, Ajax-enabled software that enables users to access and control electronic sensors, devices, and machines. It provides an interface with which diverse data sources can be created and configured along with an intuitive rules engine for setting up access, monitoring, alerts, data logging, control, transformation, and communication. It uses Freemarker to dynamically generate content for notification emails.”

Cheers,

m@
